Contacting us

When you call or contact Vasudha through WhatsApp or email, you may provide your name, mobile number, email address and enquiry. If you choose to proceed with account opening, we may request details such as your PAN and date of birth to assist with onboarding. We use information you provide to respond to your enquiry and assist with the services you request.

The current website does not contain a direct enquiry form or a newsletter signup. Please avoid sending passwords, OTPs, PAN or identity documents through a general enquiry. If documentation is needed, ask us about the appropriate secure process.

External services

Account opening and KYC are completed on the external provider’s platform. The provider may request PAN, date of birth, bank, nominee, identity, signature and other information as part of its process. WhatsApp, the E-Wealth account, Client Desk and other external resources are operated by their respective providers and have their own privacy practices. Selecting their links takes you away from this site. Please review their notices before providing information.

Website services

The site is hosted by a service provider, which may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. This website does not currently include a website analytics script or advertising tracker.

Contact us to ask about your information or request its correction or deletion; applicable record-keeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.
